AMT Datasouth offers two repair programs:
PRINTER REPAIR PROGRAM
PARTS EXCHANGE PROGRAM
Prior to shipping product to AMT Datasouth for repair, the customer must contact AMT Datasouth’s Technical Operations Department either by calling our office at 1-800-476-2450,E-mailing out service technicians at Service@AMTDatasouth.com, or submitting an online RMA Request Form to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. This number must appear on the box when it arrives at AMT Datasouth. Items returned without Return Material Authorization (RMA) numbers on the shipping box will be assessed a handling charge.
These repair programs do not provide for service of items requiring maintenance for the following reasons:
- Damage due to causes external to the printer, including, but not limited to fire, flood, wind, lightning, and transportation or due to neglect or misuse.
- Damage caused by failure to provide adequate electrical power, temperature or humidity control, or the Customer’s improper use of the equipment.
- Damage caused by the use of the equipment other than for which it is designed.
NOTE: Printers arriving after 12:00 PM will be considered received the next business day.
